1、 Commitment to Product Quality Assurance

1. Ensure that the quality management of the supplied equipment is fully implemented in accordance with the IS09001 standard, and its quality management mode is certified and effective.

2. Ensure responsibility for the quality of its purchased supporting components and equipment. Strict incoming quality inspections have been conducted during procurement, and ensure the provision of relevant information such as product quality certificates, usage instructions, and inspection reports.

3. Ensure that the provided equipment is brand new, unused, manufactured using advanced technology and materials, with advanced and mature technology that meets the quality, specifications, and performance requirements specified in the bidding documents and technical agreements in all aspects. Ensure that the provided equipment has been correctly installed, operated, and maintained, and has satisfactory and reliable performance within its service life.

4. Ensure a detailed and comprehensive inspection of the quality, specifications, performance, quantity, and quality of the equipment before delivery, and issue a certificate of conformity and inspection report proving that the equipment meets the contract requirements.

5. We guarantee to be responsible for any deficiencies or malfunctions in the equipment due to design, process or material defects, and acknowledge the penalty provisions of the contract and quality law for quality accidents caused by the above reasons.

2、 Promise of product after-sales service

1. Our company welcomes relevant personnel from customers to inspect the performance and quality of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and components on site at any time, and participate in product factory tests for factory acceptance.

2. Ensure the provision of necessary spare parts during the product warranty and lifespan.

3. Ensure to dispatch experienced engineering and technical personnel to the equipment installation site to assist in the entire installation and commissioning work according to the time requirements of the demand side, until the equipment operates normally.

4. Before debugging, our technical service personnel should provide technical briefing to the customer in advance, explain and demonstrate the procedures and methods to be carried out. If any problems occur during the process confirmed and signed by our technical service personnel due to incorrect guidance, we will take full responsibility and take full responsibility for the behavior of on-site service personnel.

5. After the equipment is put into normal operation, we guarantee a quality assurance period of 12 months and guarantee maintenance within the service life of the equipment. When the customer needs it, we guarantee to send experienced maintenance personnel to the site within 6 hours within the province and 12 hours outside the province. When the customer operates normally in the prescribed way and method, if there is any damage caused by product design, material or process quality, we will be responsible for free repair, replacing some parts or updating the product, and the cost will be borne by us.
